In this context, the Coordinating Committee Tasked with the Management of the Single Window system has striven to provide advanced services and streamline incorporation procedures for companies and industrial facilities in the country by providing a platform that allows the completion of all transactions in one place, which motivates investors and entrepreneurs to establish projects that bolster the strength and competitiveness of the Qatari economy.
The Single Window website provides rich and comprehensive content, including offering e-services that allow the establishment of businesses, which contributes to attracting and encouraging various investors to tap the Qatari market and take advantage of the promising opportunities that Qatar offers in this regard.
On the other hand, the Committee is working on enhancing communication with various ministries and government agencies, as well as adding new electronic services and updating existing ones.
The Single Window call center responds to customer inquiries, suggestions and complaints, and provides technical support through specific mechanisms and within an appropriate time frame in order to capitalize on available services around the clock. The call center is also keen to survey the public and receive feedback on developing and enriching the website’s content, as well as adding new services.
The principle of maintaining the confidentiality of the website’s users and visitor’s data is one of the most important priorities of the Coordinating Committee Tasked with the Management of the Single Window system.
