I.Population
Qatar is home to more than 85 different nationalities from around the world. Qatari nationals make up less than 15 per cent of the total population. It is the second safest countries in the world to live in. It is known for its economic and social stability, hospitality, tax-free income and tolerance and respect for other religions and cultures.

II.Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
Qatar’s GDP growth increased by 11.9 per cent during the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017. The current GDP is estimated to be at Qatar Riyals (QAR) 181.28 billion.

III.Export of Goods
Total exports amounted to QR 79.7 billion in the fourthquarter of 2018, showing an increase of QAR 11.2 billion or 16.4% compared to same period of 2017.

IV.Total commercial bank deposits
There have been steady commercial bank deposits therefore indicating growth in the production and development of industrial, agricultural and service projects.
