You will need to:
- Log onto the Single Window platform using investor credentials.
- Complete and submit the application form for issuing a commercial permit.
You will receive regular notifications on the progress of the application. You can also log onto the Single Window Website to track the progress of your application.
Once all the payments have been completed, a notification will be sent to you to collect the commercial permit.
Fees are calculated based on the kind of business activities. Fees must be paid upon receiving a notification from Single window. This can be done online, bank transfer, bank deposit or by visiting any of the Single Window service centers.
