The commercial registration cannot be reused but a new one can be issued or opened.
A branch of a commercial registration may be sold under an attested sale contract.
Yes, the Ministry may cancel a commercial registration in case of non-renewal and 90 days after the investor receives an official notification from the ministry.
It is possible to add partners to a commercial registration when they buy some shares from the company; invest in the company or buy out shares from an existing partner.
A commercial registration can be closed after liquidation is complete. A sole proprietorship can also be closed without liquidation.
A partner cannot be added to a branch because it is subsidiary of a parent company.
The individuals officially authorized by the partners in the commercial registration who can sign documents related to the commercial registration.
