Payment Methods
To make it easy and convenient for investors, Single Window provides a number of methods to make payments for all the services provided. Currently, the full amount of the service fee has to be paid in full at once. Soon, SW will support partial payments, however, still the permits and licenses will only be issued once the full payment amount has been paid.
Online payments (Credit and Debit card)
Paying by credit and debit cards are the most common universally preferred modes of online payment. Investors looking to pay fees for all the services provided by Single Window can easily get that done from the comfort of their own homes or offices. For further ease of business, Single Window is one of only two online platforms in Qatar that allows investors/users to make payments using debit cards. The investor receives an online confirmation and issued an electronic payment receipt once the payment has been completed. The maximum limit permitted for online transactions is QAR 1,000,000.
Point of Sale (POS) counters at Single Window
Single Window service centers offer the investors the opportunity to use their credit or debit cards to make payments of the services fees using the POS devices. Investors need to log onto the Single Window Portal to book an appointment ahead of visiting the service centers.
Bank transfers (coming soon)
SW is currently working on availing another easy, secure and convenient option for investors is to make payments through bank transfers. Investors need to obtain the Single Window bank account (IBAN) details and use their online banking facility to transfer funds.
Bank deposit (coming soon)
SW is currently working on availing the option of direct cash payments into the Single Window account (IBAN). There is no limit to the amount that can be deposited into the account. The investor is issued with a bank slip, which is then submitted to the Single Window service centers.
