Procedure (10): Write Off Registration from Auditor’s Register

Requirements

  • Submit application form.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Letterhead of the office/company addressed to the department requesting write off of registration.
    • Copy of latest registration renewal certificate.
    • Copy of the office commercial permit.
    • Letter of the approval of partners (in case the applicant is Accounting General Partnership Company).
    • Certificate of liquidation of all transaction and obligations incurred by the auditor as a result of practicing the profession.
    • Any other documents requested by the department.
