Procedure (7): Request to Renew Registration in Operating Accounting Offices and Companies Register - Branch of Non-Qatari Office or Company

Requirements

  • Renewal application form.
  • Renewal letterhead of the branch addressed to the director of Corporate Affairs.
  • In the event of a delay beyond the legal period of renewing the registration, a letter shall be submitted to the Auditors Affairs Committee to explain the reasons for the delay.
  • Copy of establishment ID.
  • Copy of commercial license.
  • Copy of commercial registration.
  • List of clients’ names within the year.
  • List of working employees within the year.
  • List of number of Qatari trainee auditors.
  • Other documents.
