Issuance of Home License
- Log into Single Window Portal.
- Select “Comprehensive Establishment Service”, then select “Professional Establishment”
- Enter data of the primary establishment
- Upload required attachments and documents
- Revise data summary
- Approve data summary
- Pay required fees
- Print the license
