Procedure (6): Renew Registration in Operating Accounting Offices and Companies - General Partnership Company

Requirements

  • Renewal application form.
  • Renewal letterhead addressed to the Director of Corporate Affairs.
  • Letter submitted to the Auditors Affairs Committee in the event of delay beyond the legal period of renewing the registration, to explain the reasons for the delay.
  • Copy of establishment ID.
  • Copy of commercial permit.
  • Copy of commercial registration.
  • List of clients’ names within the year.
  • List of working employees.
  • Other documents.
