Procedure (7): Request to Renew Registration in Operating Accounting Offices and Companies Register - Branch of Non-Qatari Office or Company
Requirements
- Renewal application form.
- Renewal letterhead of the branch addressed to the director of Corporate Affairs.
- In the event of a delay beyond the legal period of renewing the registration, a letter shall be submitted to the Auditors Affairs Committee to explain the reasons for the delay.
- Copy of establishment ID.
- Copy of commercial license.
- Copy of commercial registration.
- List of clients’ names within the year.
- List of working employees within the year.
- List of number of Qatari trainee auditors.
- Other documents.
