This service enables all investors to request certificates to Whom It May Concern and to extract commercial registration and commercial permit extracts issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

 

Investors and individuals

The applicant shall have a registered account in the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq” with a valid Qatari ID.

 

The conditions appear on every certificate when the service starts.

  • Select the company for which the certificate is to be issued.
  • Preview the certificate.
  • Pay the fees electronically on the single window portal.
  • Download the certificate, print it through the single window portal, and have it sent via email.

  • Select the company for which the certificate is to be issued.

  • Request the certificate using the user's ID number; it is possible to request the certificate for another person.

  • It is possible to search for a Qatari ID number without logging in, but the certificate can only be printed after logging in.

  • Select the company/office or the company/office affiliated with it for which the certificate is to be issued.

  • Search for the company for which a commercial registration or commercial permit is to be extracted.
  • Choose the type of extract (commercial registration or commercial permit) and the language of the extract.
  • Preview the extract.
  • Pay the fees electronically on the Single Window Portal (if the extract is a commercial registration, while the commercial permit is free). .Download the certificate, print it through the single window portal, and have it sent via email.

  • Extracts can be obtained for both registered and unregistered users on the Single Window Portal for the same company or for other companies.
  • Company owners can extract documents for their companies from the company card in the dashboard for free and without submitting a request after logging in to the Single Window Portal.
